Unfortunately, no! We must have complete applications and paid fees and deposits before we can hold any unit for you. -

Please provide notice to us in writing of your intentions to move. -
Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?
If the tenant causes disrepair- they will need to pay for maintenance work. If, through no fault of the tenant, something breaks, we will fix the issue ourselves at the expense of the owner.
