Bill Edwards
President and Broker
Bill Edwards the third generation to head the firm his grandfather
founded in 1920, grew up in the family business. A graduate of the
University of Alabama in real estate, he has earned the Certified
Property Manager accreditation. Bill is former President of the Homebuilders Association
of Alabama and a trustee of the Multi-family Council of
the National Homebuilders Association. Though involved in a number of
community organizations, his favorite activity is to be with his wife,
Fleta, and their three sons.

Fleta Edwards
Vice President
Fleta Montgomery Edwards
was raised in Tuscaloosa and lived in suburban Washington, DC and
Atlanta. She returned to earn a degree in Human Development at the
University of Alabama, continuing a family tradition begun there a
century and a half ago. She has been engaged in the real estate industry
for 25 years. In addition to her professional experience, she and her
husband, Bill, enjoy facilitating marriage enrichment seminars.

Valeria Brown is a lifetime resident of Northport Alabama. She is a TCHS graduate and attended the UA. Valeria has 30 years experience in accounting, taxes and office management. She is a QuickBooks Professional Advisor and Consultant. She is married to Billy Brown and they have 3 kids: Adam and daughter in law Jen whom reside in Denver, Colorado, Abby who is teaching 4th grade, and Andrew who is on a baseball scholarship at Stillman College.

Anne Rhone is a life long resident of Tuscaloosa
with a degree in Accounting from the University of Alabama, I have a
deep investment in our community. In addition to being an experienced
CPA, I worked with the University of Alabama for 24 years in the
management of the Facilities Department, eventually being promoted to
Executive Director of the Department. This position required knowledge
of construction, maintenance, and repair of structures, as well as,
knowledge of the financial issues relating to these functions.
